Summer finally arrives this week! School is out, the Canadians (and their Speedos) have descended on Old Orchard Beach, and the sun…well that will start shining soon, right? June has been extremely rainy, it has rained all but about 3 or 4 days so far this month and I am still feeling winter's cabin fever.

Typical American summers (at least in New England) tend to be made up of ubiquitous BBQs, backyard fire pits, all the swimming a person can muster, and baseball.
