About Me:
I am a wife, mother of three children ages 6,3,&1, co-founder of the ROOTS enrichment centers and co-owner of Soul Sanctuary. I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and am eligible for my Child Life Specialist credentials. I am passionate about life! I love adventuring with my family, playing with children, yoga, singing, painting, playing piano and guitar, going to professional workshops and seminars, playing field hockey, playing cribbage and chess with my first mate, hanging with my siblings and my adorable nephews, sharing time with source, meditation, reading empowering literature... to name a few.
