Founded in 2004 in New York City, Punk Rope is at the forefront of the movement to incorporate more "physical play" into our daily lives.
Punk Rope is the creator of Hopping for Health, a rope-jumping program for kids, and the Punk Rope fitness class, which mashes up recess with boot camp.

Starting February 4th, 2012 SATURDAY classes from 10AM-11AM at East End Community Center in Portland! Ropes will be provided (feel free to bring your own if you have one). Do bring a mat or towel for core exercises on the floor.
