I am new to the group and live in Scarborough. I am looking for some people to do a group run. It has been a while since I have ran but I think I can do at least a 10min mile. I am doing the trail to Ale race in Sept. Let me know.

I'm could use the motivation as well. I'm not up to distance yet, but I could go along for as long as I could stand, then walk to rest of the way. Good idea guys!

I'll wear my orange PortSports shirt so that I'll be easy to spot, so Abi, look for me and I'll more than likely have Chris and Julie with me.

8am would be great for me. I will be wearing a bright turqoise tank top and be by the mile marker sign for 3.5 miles. How can I spot you guys? Are we just running the cove loop?

Can we push it back to 8? Sawyer doesn't even wake up at 7:30 on the weekends! :) Count me in.
