Comment by Christina C. on June 29, 2012 at 10:21am I'm in. I prefer Sunday but could do either day. I support Silly's because it is closer to my house, but I've heard Hot Suppa is great, so I'd be happy to go there, too. Basically, I'll defer to whatever y'all decide.
The weekend is just about here. Should we solidify plans?
How about Silly's? They are open at 9am on Sat/Sun and have a huge menu to choose from. Plus Silly's with a twist is even more seating so we may not have to wait long if at all.
Comment by Jordan Beall on June 26, 2012 at 1:30pm I'm in for Hot Suppa this weekend & both Sat./Sun. work for me. I don't know how we create the event on here, but we can probably call ahead to let them know we are coming if we have a group and they'll make it work.
Comment by Stephanie Duy on June 26, 2012 at 12:55pm I came to post the same thing that Morgan had to say, actually. Hot Suppa gets really crowded during the weekends--we were there at 10 one weekend and there was a 20-30 min wait. Just checked yelp--they don't take reservations. Can we get a head count of how many people would be interested?
Comment by Morgan Surkin on June 26, 2012 at 12:46pm Hey Ladies, I love the grassroots planning you have done - this is why we have the groups!! I love Hot Suppa, and I am pretty sure that I can make either day, although I will most likely have my 5yo in tow as well. Feel free to create the event yourselves once you finalize the details. And you should probably call ahead to make sure they have room for us cause it is always packed at 11 or 12.
How about Hot Suppa at 11am or noon on either saturday or sunday? Just throwing an idea out there. Should we have Morgan create an event or just go off of this thread?
Comment by Christina C. on June 25, 2012 at 9:30pm Oh, this weekend works fine -- I left that message last week, and meant the weekend that just passed.
