Boot Camp for Fitness and Wellness

Instructor: Kelcey Hart CPT, CFT


Areas of development include:

--physiological improvement including speed and agility, injury prevention techniques, progressive strength and conditioning and wellness techniques, improving underdeveloped athleticism and ability.  Weight loss, Flexibility, vitality and stamina as well as dexterity, postural alignment and sense of grace.

--Team or Career Dynamics, including chemistry in the office, being receptive to co-workers, family members, friends by developing sensitivity, awareness and compassion and the willingness to cooperate for success.

--Psychological Direction including focus training, accessing knowledge and "muscle memory" by being fully present to be able to achieve at the opportune moment, empowering participants to be successful through knowledge, encouragement and inspiration.  Concentration and focus techniques covering meditation, guided and self-visualization. Combating stress, anxiety and depression.

--Overall sense of well-being and health, covering topics such as Yoga, Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Nutrition, Activities, Meditation, Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM) and Integrative Health


Times: Mondays/Wednesdays 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am, beginning the week of October 3rd, 2011


Location: 39 School St. Gorham, the Integrated Performance Studio, Deering Oaks Park


Price:  $120 for a 10 class pass, $200 for a 20 class pass, $75 for a 5 class pass.  Drop in Price: $15

From my talks with Lindsay she is pretty flexible on working with you if you can't attend some classes.

I'm very interested in this boot camp, but am not sure i'll be able to participate. Can I assume that it's mandatory to attend all classes (you've scheduled sunday's class during Church service..)?
