Okay, the fourth of July is on a Saturday this year ...
GOOD STUFF!
I'm organizing this early so there's plenty of time to plan to come. Due to the distance, it's going to be a two day party. It will start Saturday and then everyone is welcome to stay over to avoid danger to themselves or others (or fourth of July Police Officers).
Anyone who stays the night gets a full breakfast with Bloody Mary's in the morning courtesy of me. I make mean home fries.
So far, the amenities I have are:
* 2 Full size Gas grills for barbeque-ing pleasure
* 110 foot zipline that goes over the pool (see picture)
* A 15 foot inground trampoline (kind of hard to explain)
* A large pond full of fish in case someone wants to attempt fly fishing
* A large bonfire area with plenty of wood stocked
* Pool floats, water guns, and arm floaties
* 2 flip cup / beer bong tables
* A skeet shooter with clay pigeons (I don't actually own any guns, but it's fun to yell "PULL" and throw pine cones at them)
* A large flat area that will hold 6 - 8 average tents
* A Badminton set that can be converted to "volleyball for short people"
*Trampoline Twister (that's when you put the Twister board on the trampoline)
You will have to bring:
* Barbeque food (I'll provide munchies)
* Beer, wine, or your pleasure (I have coolers, fridges, and ice)
* A tent if you want to camp
Anyone who would really prefer a guest room or a more private sleeping spot can e-mail me ahead of time and I'll be sure to reserve you a guest room
We can get away with fireworks over the pond...I just don't have any (hint, hint, hint)
Sometimes I put Sparklers in my butt when I get drunk
There is a LOT of nature here, so if you have an issue with 15,000 peepers waking you up in the morning, bring earplugs.
While not all of the rooms are guest rooms, a lot of them are pretty big, so if you have air mattresses, that will work, too.
If you plan to fly fish, BRING WADERS. The area around the water is super marshy...You will not be able to get near it without proper gear.
DOGS ARE WELCOME!
